Noelia F. Chapa - City Manager/City Clerk

The City Manager for the City of Soledad is Ms. Noelia F. Chapa. She has served as City Manager since July 2002 and has 22 years of experience in City Government. She has worked in the cities of Glendora, Paramount, La Habra Heights and Pomona in Los Angeles County, California. In her years of experience, she has worked in five very diverse communities with population ranging from 6,000 to 155,000. Most recently, she served as City Manager of La Habra Heights and Assistant City Manager in Pomona. In her capacity as Assistant City Manager she also served as Housing Director and Human Resources Director. Ms. Chapa received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal Poly Pomona and pursued a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
