City of Soledad First-Time Home Buyer Assistance Program

Congratulations on your decision to become a homeowner. It is our privilege and pleasure to be able to assist you with this important step. Please feel free to call us at 1-800-722-3436 so we can answer any questions or be of any assistance.

You will be notified in writing of your qualification to participate in the City of Soledad FTHB Program; please remember pre-qualification is not a commitment for a loan. All funds are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Whether or not your FTHB loan is funded depends solely upon you and your ability to secure financing for your 1st mortgage through a conventional lender at acceptable terms. Once you have completed the process through the FTHB program, you will take your "Pre-Qualification" letter with you when you apply with your 1st mortgage lender. When we receive a commitment letter from your lender we can determine the final amount of your FTHB loan.
