Business License

The City of Soledad requires businesses conducting business within the City limits must acquire a business license in accordance with City Ordinance Chapter 5.04. A copy of Chapter 5.04 is available at City Hall.

Businesses must first summit an application. Once all requirements are met and the application is approved, the appropriate fee must be paid. Fees are determined by the schedule of rates in Chapter 5.04 and based on gross receipts within the City limits.

Business licenses must be renewed each year in June. Penalty charges will be added monthly if at the rate
