Soledad Police Department - Investigations

There is currently one detective responsible for the follow up on major crimes, such as homicides and sex crimes. The detective covers several areas, Crimes Against Persons, Property Crimes, Missing Persons, and Sexual Assaults as well. He often serves as the liaison between the Soledad Police Department and the District Attorney's Office. In addition, the Investigations Unit will also write search warrants as needed by the department. The Unit's hours of operation are generally Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.
