Picking up a Police Report

Police reports must be ordered. You must request a  copy of a police report ten working days prior to the date you will be needing the report. There is an application to be completed and signed each time a copy of a report is requested. There is a $5.00 fee for a copy of a report.  Arrested persons cannot obtain a copy of their arrest report through the police department.  They can only obtain a copy of that report through the District Attorney's Office.

Fingerprinting

Soledad Police Department offers fingerprinting Tuesday through Thursday, 9 am to 4 pm.for employment and licensing purposes.  The Soledad Police Department does not take fingerprints for immigration or citizenship purposes.

Livescan

Livescan services are available by appointment only. Costs vary depending on the type of Livescan request. Please call 831-223-5121 for more information.

Bicycle Licensing

Bicycle licenses can be obtained at the Police Department Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is suggested to either bring the bicycle or have the serial number, make, model, number of speeds and size written down. Bike licenses are $1.00.
