Zoning Regulations and Development Standards

The City's Zoning Ordinance is out of date and will undergo a major revision in Year 2005 following adoption of the General Plan Update. If you are contemplating development, it is best to meet with someone from Community Development to review your plans before you get started on a project. The current zoning regulations and development standards can be obtained from the City Planner. The following land use categories now exist:
