Mission Statement

Provide integrated management of all the public works department divisions and programs including facility maintenance, parks streets, vehicles maintenance as well as water and sewer service support an insure timely, cost effective and efficient delivery of services.


Department Function


The administration/facility maintenance division is responsible for maintaining City owned buildings, including City Hall, Police Station, Fire Station and Community Center. In addition, the division is responsible for the design and construction of capital improvements projects, reviewing subdivision improvement plans, processing, subdivision maps, monitoring construction by developers and coordination operations of all public works department divisions. Furthermore, the division provides assistance to the City Manager for economic development and Redevelopment and Redevelopment Agency activities as they relate to the department functions.
