DESCRIPTION:The City of Soledad is proud to announce a ribbon-cutting ceremony for our new fire apparatus bay and fire ladder truck!We welcome the entire community to join us for this exciting milestone that will enhance our city’s growth and development. Public safety is something we all rely on—come celebrate with us on June 20th at 10:00 AM at the Soledad Fire Station. \nFamilies are encouraged to attend\, and kids are especially welcome—they’ll have the chance to be among the first to explore the brand-new fire ladder truck! \n\n\nJoin the City of Soledad in celebrating the arrival of our new Fire Ladder Truck and the grand opening of the new Apparatus Bay (garage). This project was made possible by a $2 million state earmark from Senator Anna Caballero\, along with additional funding from the 2021 American Rescue Plan Act.\nThe new fire station will house the ladder truck vital for Soledad’s growth\, including a possible 4-story hotel. This project underscores our commitment to public safety and Soledad’s future.
