The Public Works Repair Request
City Staff is ready and willing to help you address issues or concerns you have in your neighborhood, but we need your help!
Contact us when a problem or concern arises. Although City staff is in the field every day, we rely on you to keep us informed about issues needing attention. You can submit a ticket with the Public Works staff detailing the issue and attaching pictures if needed, and we will use that ticket to track our response and progress.
To report problems after hours when the City is closed (nights, weekends and holidays):
- For non-hazardous service requests that do not require immediate attention, please call our main line at (831) 223-5176 and leave a message.
- To report a hazardous, unsanitary, or any condition that requires an immediate response, please call our non-emergency police dispatch service at (831) 755-5111. To report a life-threatening hazardous emergency situation, please call 911.
